Methodology v1.0

The index evaluates whether an OnlyFans creator can discover and verify the critical contractual terms of an agency before committing to a sales call or signing a contract.

The 5 Foundational Audit Principles

1Only the Agency's Own Website Counts

Reviews, Reddit threads, Trustpilot ratings, and claims on private sales calls are not admissible evidence. Terms disclosed only after booking a call score 0.

2Verbatim Evidence & Explicit Timestamps

Every score links directly to the page it came from, with a verbatim quote (≤15 words) and the check date. Quotes are never stitched together from multiple sections.

3Unpublished Means Zero, Not “Bad”

The index is explicitly framed as a transparency score. A score of 0 simply means “the agency does not disclose this on its website,” never that their service is poor.

4Rigorous Inclusion Scope

To be included, an entity must offer management of creator accounts on OnlyFans or comparable platforms (Fansly, Fanvue, MYM), have an accessible public website, and be reachable at the index date.

5Re-check Every 90 Days & Versioned Changelog

Every listing is independently re-verified every 90 days. Any updates, corrections via right of reply, or rubric changes are published to our permanent public changelog with date and rationale.

Why Categories are Weighted This Way

Total transparency scores (0–10) are calculated from 4 weighted categories:

1. Creator Control (30% Weight)

Heaviest Weight

Rationale: Account lockouts, withheld payout checks, copyright exploitation, and unleaveable multi-year contracts cause permanent, irreversible harm to creators. If a creator loses control of their master account credentials or bank routing, no marketing promises matter.

2. Money Terms (25% Weight)

Equal Weight

Rationale: Hidden commission percentages and ambiguous calculation bases (gross revenue vs net after platform fees) create predatory bait-and-switch pricing during high-pressure sales calls.

3. Who You Are Dealing With (25% Weight)

Equal Weight

Rationale: Creators cannot legally enforce contracts or file disputes against anonymous online personas. A registered corporate entity, commercial physical office, and named leadership ensure personal and legal accountability.

4. Service Evidence (20% Weight)

Lowest Weight

Rationale: Service descriptions (such as “high quality chatting” or “viral marketing”) are subjective promises that cannot be verified prior to signing. Staffing schedules, bundled DMCA protection, and reporting frequency receive credit because they represent concrete operational commitments.

Standardized Scoring Judgement Calls

Virtual Mailboxes & Registered Agents:A dedicated commercial office address scores 10. Virtual mail forwarding addresses or city/jurisdiction without an explicit street address score 5. Zero address or jurisdiction disclosed scores 0.
Named Leadership Standards:At least one founder, CEO, or managing director identified with verified first and last legal name scores 10. First names only, pseudonyms (“working names”), or generic department titles score 5.
Contract Exit Terms:Both “no minimum term” and “notice period ≤ 30 days” must be published to score 10. An initial term of 2–5 months, or a notice period without a term statement, scores 5. Minimum lock-in terms of 6+ months or unstated exit terms score 0.
Account Login Credentials:Only explicit guarantees that the creator keeps direct password access count for 10 (“you keep your master login”). Delegated access or “you keep your account” without stating login credentials scores 5.
